New audio guide for the Grumsin Beech Forest is online!
An audio guide is now available for the Grumsin beech forest in the Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere reserve. The tours with 15 stations are available in German, English and Polish and lead along two routes along the World Heritage Site:
From the neighboring villages of Altkünkendorf in the north or Groß-Ziethen in the south of the World Heritage area, it offers insights into the flora and fauna of old copper beech forests.
Important: We recommend headphones so that both nature and other hikers are not disturbed. Whether from the village center in Altkünkendorf (northern route) or the Ice Age Museum in Groß-Ziethen (southern route): In 15 stations, you will learn everything important about this unique area over a distance of around eight kilometers.
The audio tour can be downloaded via the website www.brsc.currit.net or the well-known app stores and used on site.
Note: Download the audio guide before your hike:
Apple Store or Google Play Store
Free hotspots for downloading the audio guide are available at the information point in Altkünkendorf and at the Geopark Center in Groß-Ziethen.
