Please note that due to hunting, the Yellow and Green Buchenblatt Hiking Trail will be closed on 2026-11-06; see the red hatched area on the map.
On November 7, 2026, only the Green Beech Leaf Hiking Trail will be closed.
You may traverse the Orange Beech Leaf Trail on both days.
On 2026-11-14, hunting will take place in the morning between Luisenfelde and Zuchenberg. Hiking trails are not closed. However, you may hear gunshots. There is no danger to life.
On 2026-12-06, hunting will take place in the morning throughout the entire core zone, and all trails around the core zone will be closed; see the red hatched area. From noon onwards, the trails will be passable again. In the morning, we recommend taking the upper section of the Orange Beech Leaf Trail; see the orange marking.
